Pitching & Hitting Instruction

We offer both pitching & hitting instruction. All instruction is one on one and concentrates on the individual. John is the instructor for all students and brings the experience of an 8 year Major League Baseball career. John is a former starting pitcher with the Montreal Expos, Boston Red Sox and California Angels.

Our instruction instills fundamentals into young players, refines their overall ability, teaches the mental elements of the game and perhaps most important; creates confidence in a players ability. Each student comes to us with a unique style and a different level of experience. Our instruction accomodates the unique differences of each individual. Video Analysis

Frame by frame video analysis is at the core of our instruction and is included in each lesson. We capture the video, transfer it to a laptop and analyze the video with the student and parent at each lesson.

Facility

Our indoor facility is built for individual instruction and operates throughout the entire year. The facility is located in Odenton, MD, just off route 32. This is central to Annapolis, Baltimore and Washington DC.
